Jennifer Nicholas

Jennifer took over the Presidency and ownership of the Henry O. Baker Insurance Group from her father, Arch Nicholas, in 1999.  Under her leadership, the agency has enjoyed a period of unprecedented growth, securing its position as a respected leader in the New Jersey insurance marketplace.

Jennifer’s management strategy has focused on expanding the agency’s ability to serve business clients of all sizes while maintaining its well-earned reputation for small-town personal service.  To enhance the Henry O. Baker’s ability to serve the needs of both its individual and business clients, Jennifer recruited three exceptionally qualified managers to serve as her partners at the agency.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College and a Masters in teaching from Fairleigh Dickenson University.  Jennifer is also Managing Partner of NFP, LLC, a Dover-area commercial and residential real estate holding company.  In 1970, NFP was responsible for fully restoring the historical building that houses the Henry O. Baker Insurance Group to its original condition.
