Leo F. Miller

Leo has over two decades of insurance sales experience, having begun his career in the mid-1980s after graduating from Rutgers University.  After beginning his career with Prudential, Leo opened his own agency in 1987.  He sold his business to Traber & Vreeland Insurance in 1992 and continued working with the firm through 2001, at which time he joined Henry O. Baker.  Three years later, he was offered a partnership in the agency.

In addition to actively selling insurance, Leo has helped the Henry O. Baker Insurance Group develop new marketing plans and methods.  In addition, he is currently leading the effort to grow the agency’s life and health insurance department.  Leo is also a member of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors.

Leo lives in Long Valley, NJ with his wife, Jan, and his three daughters, where is he is very active in coaching his daughters’ various athletic teams.
